Professional Development and Training Workshops

  • Consultation about your needs.
  • Immersion in your documents, data and website.
  • Development of a brief to ensure that the proposed program is what you want.
  • Prevision of relevant pre-readings for participants.
  • Exercises and role plays relevant to the site and role of participants.
  • Engaging, polished presentation with modelling, role plays and Q &A.
  • Constant review and evaluation of the service’s efficacy (and making adjustments if needed) while the program is in progress.

Consulting

  • Consultation about your needs.
  • Development of a brief to ensure that the proposed support is what you want.
  • Research as needed to identify alternatives.
  • Preparation of written advice/recommendations.
  • Participation in meetings, delivery of briefings and question and answer sessions (as needed).
  • Constant review and evaluation of the service’s efficacy (and making adjustments if needed) while the program is in progress.

Coaching

  • Detailed follow up notes to ensure accuracy and help keep the conversations on track.
  • Agreed tasks between sessions for the coach and coachee(s).
